Peer into the Past with This Special Exhibit on Alabama in WWI

Don’t miss your last chance to see the amazing historical exhibit at the University of Alabama! “William C. Gorgas and the Great War” offers an exciting glimpse into the experience of Alabamians in WWI, and will be on display for one more week in Houser Hall.

In addition to detailing the life and impact of William C. Gorgas, a renowned physician and surgeon general, the exhibit delves into the lives of soldiers and students affected by the war. Learn about Alabama’s role in the global conflict, the history of Camp Sheridan, and the lauded 167th division. It’s an educational and fascinating display of the state’s rich history that will be showing for a limited time!
